Education:
I have two Masters Degrees (music performing and education) and a PhD in music history and theory from the University of Fine Arts.
Experience: I have more than 20 years of teaching experience in both piano and voice. I started my performance career at age 4 and still perform solo recitals on stage. I was a solo pianist for the St. Petersburg Symphony Orchestra, Russia. Also I sang opera with some European theatres. For the last 7 years I have taught music appreciation and history classes at two colleges in the West Illinois area, and teach privately at my home studio. One of my own composition - "White storks". |
